Who We Are

High Octane Tuning is a Volkswagen specialist and general vehicle repair workshop based in Trurolands, Tongaat, KwaZulu-Natal. We service, diagnose, repair, and tune vehicles — with a particular depth of expertise in the Volkswagen range.

The workshop has operated under the High Octane Tuning name for a number of years and built a strong reputation in the local VW community. Since 1 August 2025, the business is under new ownership and management.

We're committed to maintaining the specialist expertise this workshop has always been known for, while bringing fresh energy, transparent communication, and a renewed commitment to every customer who trusts us with their vehicle.

We'll tell you what's actually wrong — and what isn't. No unnecessary upselling, no invented faults. Our diagnostic equipment and VW-specific knowledge means we can pinpoint problems accurately the first time.

Volkswagen engineering has its quirks — DSG gearboxes, TSI timing chains, turbo systems. We know these platforms inside-out and fix them properly, not just clear the fault code and hope for the best.
